If you would like your child to walk home or be picked up instead of riding the bus, please notify the front office by 2:00 PM on Friday, September 6th. This advance notice is essential for us to arrange a safe dismissal for your child. We understand that your child’s schedule might change during the week. If so, please let us know the specific days your child will be walking or getting picked up. This information is crucial for us to keep accurate records and avoid any confusion during dismissal time. Please Note: If we do not receive notification by the deadline, your child will be required to ride the bus home. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety of all students and ensure an organized and secure dismissal process. If you have any questions or need to make changes after the deadline, please contact the front office at 738-6725 or email Katelyn at kshearer@kfschools.org. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our students safe.

We hope you’re all enjoying the last few days of summer break! We wanted to share an important update regarding our upcoming Open House. Due to ongoing construction work, we have decided to postpone the Open House to ensure that our school is in the best possible condition when we welcome you and your children. We understand that the Open House is an important event for families to meet teachers, see classrooms, and get ready for the new school year. Please rest assured that we are working hard to reschedule this event as soon as possible, and we will communicate the new date with you as soon as it’s confirmed. In the meantime, our teachers are busy setting up their classrooms and preparing for a great start to the school year. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for your children, and we look forward to seeing you all soon. Thank you for your continued support, and please stay tuned for more updates!
